We do not produce "one-size-fits-all" forms; rather, we work with the development team to determine the best mechanisms for handling:

  • community administration and governance;

  • maintenance and preservation of common areas and amenities; and

  • creation and enforcement of standards for maintenance, architecture, and use;

then we carefully tailor the governing documents to comply with applicable state law and meet the needs of the particular community.

 

We strive to maintain a balance between community and individual rights while protecting the developer's interests during the development and sale period and preserving the flexibility to respond to changes in market demand and the changing needs and desires of the community.
